Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 2. The lift of prime ideals

Let A′A' be a ring and GG a group operating on A′A' (§1§ 1, no. 9). Given a prime ideal p′⊂A′p' \subset A' the subgroup of elements σ∈G\sigma \in G such that σ.p′=p′\sigma.p' = p' is called the decomposition group of p′p' (with respect to GG) and is denoted by Gz(p′)G^z(p'). The ring of elements of A′A' invariant under Gz(p′)G^z(p') is called the decomposition ring of p′p' (with respect to GG) and is denoted by Az(p′)A^z(p') (*).

We often write GzG^z and AzA^z instead of Gz(p′)G^z(p') and Az(p′)A^z(p') respectively, when there is no ambiguity.

For all σ∈Gz(p′)\sigma \in G^z(p') we also denote by z↦σ.zz \mapsto \sigma.z the endomorphism of the ring A′/p′A'/p' derived from the endomorphism x↦σ.xx \mapsto \sigma.x of A′A' by taking quotients; clearly the group Gz(p′)G^z(p') operates in this way on the ring A′/p′A'/p'.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
