Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 2. The lift of prime ideals

Let A′A' be an integral domain, G\mathscr{G} a finite group operating on A′A', A′A' the ring of invariants of G\mathscr{G} and p′p' a prime ideal of A′A'; let K,KZK, K^\mathbf{Z} and KK be the fields of fractions of A,AZA, A^\mathbf{Z} and A′A' respectively. Then K′K' is a Galois extension Of KK and the subfields LL of KK containing KK and such that p′p' is the only prime ideal of A′A' lying above the ideal p′∩Lp' \cap L of A′∩LA' \cap L are just those which contain KZK^\mathbf{Z}.

G\mathscr{G} operates on K′K' and KK is the field of invariants of G\mathscr{G} in K′K' (§ 1, no. 9, Proposition 23 applied to S=A−{0}S = A - \{0\}) and similarly KZK^\mathbf{Z} is the field of invariants of GZ\mathscr{G}^\mathbf{Z}; by definition K′K' is therefore a Galois extension of KK. If is the subgroup of G\mathscr{G} consisting of those σ∈G\sigma \in \mathscr{G} leaving invariant the elements of L, to say that L contains KZK^{\mathbf{Z}} means that H\mathscr{H} is contained in GZ\mathscr{G}^{\mathbf{Z}} (Algebra, Chapter V, § 10, no. 5, Theorem 3) and, as L is the field of invariants of H\mathscr{H} in K′K', A′∩LA' \cap L is the ring of invariants of H\mathscr{H} in A′A'; the second assertion then follows from Proposition 4 (i).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
