Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 2. The lift of prime ideals

With the hypotheses and notation of Corollary 2 to Proposition 4, a prime ideal p\mathfrak{p} of AA is said to decompose completely in K′K' if the number of prime ideals of A′A' lying above p\mathfrak{p} is equal to [K′:K][K':K].

It amounts to the same to say that, for a prime ideal p′\mathfrak{p}' of A′A' lying over p\mathfrak{p}, the subgroup GZ(p′)\mathscr{G}^{\mathbf{Z}}(\mathfrak{p}') is equal to the subgroup M\mathscr{M} leaving invariant all the elements of A′A', or that AZ(p′)=A′A^{\mathbf{Z}}(\mathfrak{p}') = A', or that G/M\mathscr{G}/\mathscr{M} operates faithfully on the set of prime ideals of A′A' lying above p\mathfrak{p}.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
