Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 2. The lift of prime ideals

If the order of the inertia group GT(p′)\mathscr{G}^T(p') is relatively prime to the characteristic exponent p of k, the field k′k' is a Galois extension of k.

With the notation of the proof of Proposition 5, the polynomial π′(P)\pi'(P) has coefficients in kT=ks′k^T = k'_s and all its roots equal to π′(x)\pi'(x); we immediately deduce that π′(P)\pi'(P) is a power of a minimal polynomial of π′(x)\pi'(x) over ks′k'_s; but the latter has degree equal to a power of p and hence, as the degree of π′(P)\pi'(P) is equal to the order of GT\mathscr{G}^T, the hypothesis implies that π′(x)∈ks′\pi'(x) \in k'_s, in other words ks′=k′k'_s = k'.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
