Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 2. The lift of prime ideals

Let A be an integrally closed domain, K its field of fractions, p the characteristic exponent of K, K' a radicial extension of K and A' a subring of K' containing A and integral over A. For every prime ideal p of A, there exists a unique prim ideal p' of A′A' lying above pp and p′p' is the set of x∈A′x \in A' such that there exists an integer m≥0m \geq 0 for which xpm∈px^{p^m} \in p.

The existence of p′p' follows from no. 1, Theorem 1. If x∈p′x \in p', there exists m≥0m \geq 0 such that xpm∈Kx^{p^m} \in K, whence xpm∈Ax^{p^m} \in A since AA is integrally closed, hence xpm∈p′∩A=px^{p^m} \in p' \cap A = p. Conversely, if x∈A′x \in A' is such that xpm∈p⊂p′x^{p^m} \in p \subset p', then x∈px \in p since p′p' is prime.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
