Commutative Algebra, chapter VII, § 1. Krull domains

Let pp (resp. p′p') be a prime ideal of AA (resp. A′A') of height 1 and vv (resp. u′u') the essential valuation of AA (resp. A′A') corresponding to it. For p′p' to lie above pp, it is necessary and sufficient that the restriction of v′v' to KK be equivalent to vv.

The valuation v′v' is equivalent to the extension of an essential valuation ww of AA (Proposition 12). Let q=p′∩Aq = p' \cap A, which is a prime ideal of AA of height 1. For the restriction of v′v' to KK to be equivalent to vv, it is necessary and sufficient that w=vw = v and hence that q=pq = p.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
