Commutative Algebra, chapter VII, § 4. Modules over integrally closed Noetherian domains

Let LL be a free lattice of VV with respect to AA. Since ApA_p is a principal ideal domain for p∈Pp \in P, N(p)N(p) is a free AA-module of the same rank as LL and there exists u(p)∈GL(V)u(p) \in \mathbf{GL}(V) such that u(p)(Lp)=N(p)u(p)(L_p) = N(p); this condition moreover determines u(p)u(p) to within right multiplication by an element of GL(Lp)\mathbf{GL}(L_p). The condition N(p)=LpN(p) = L_p for almost all p∈Pp \in P means that necessarily u(p)∈GL(Lp)u(p) \in \mathbf{GL}(L_p) for almost all p∈Pp \in P. The families (u(p))p∈P(u(p))_{p \in P} satisfying the latter property form a multiplicative group GLa(V)\mathbf{GL}_a(V) containing as subgroup the product ∏p∈PGL(Lp)\prod_{p \in P} \mathbf{GL}(L_p). Theorem 3 then shows that the set of reflexive lattices of V is in canonical one-to-one correspondence with the homogeneous space GLa(V)/∏p∈PGL(Lp)\mathbf{GL}_a(V)/\prod_{p \in P} \mathbf{GL}(L_p). If a basis (ei)1≤i≤n(e_i)_{1 \leq i \leq n} of L over A is chosen, GL(V)\mathbf{GL}(V) (resp. GL(Lp)\mathbf{GL}(L_p)) is identified with the group of invertible matrices GL(n,K)\mathbf{GL}(n, K) (resp. GL(n,A,)\mathbf{GL}(n, A, )) and the group GLa(V)\mathbf{GL}_a(V) with the group of systems of matrices of order nn, (U(p))p∈P(U(p))_{p \in P}, such that U(p)∈GL(n,K)U(p) \in \mathbf{GL}(n, K) for all p∈Pp \in P and U(p)∈GL(n,Ap)U(p) \in \mathbf{GL}(n, A_p) for almost all p∈Pp \in P. If A is a Dedekind domain, the group GLa(V)\mathbf{GL}_a(V) is also identified with the group GL(n,A)\mathbf{GL}(n, A), where A is the ring of restricted adèles (§2§ 2, no. 4).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
