Algebra, chapter II, § 3. Tensor products

Let AA be a commutative ring, aa an ideal of AA and EE and FF two AA-modules such that aa is contained in the annihilator of FF. Then the (A/a)(A/a)-modules E⊗AFE \otimes_A F and (E/aE)⊗A/aF(E/aE) \otimes_{A/a} F are canonically isomorphic.

FF and E⊗AFE \otimes_A F are annihilated by aa and hence have canonical (A/a)(A/a)-module structures (§1§ 1, no. 12) and if we write E′=aEE' = aE, then Im⁡(E′⊗AF)=0\operatorname{Im}(E' \otimes_A F) = 0; then there is a canonical isomorphism (20) of E⊗AFE \otimes_A F onto (E/aE)⊗AF(E/aE) \otimes_A F and the latter is itself identical with (E/aE)⊗A/aF(E/aE) \otimes_{A/a} F (no. 3, Corollary to Proposition 2).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
