Algebra, chapter II, § 6. Inverse and direct limits of modules

Let AA be a ring, (Eα,fβα)(E_\alpha, f_{\beta\alpha}) a direct system of right AA*-modules and* FF a left AA*-module. Then the Z\mathbf{Z}*-modules* lim⁡(Eα⊗AF)\lim (E_\alpha \otimes_A F) and (lim⁡Eα)⊗AF(\lim E_\alpha) \otimes_A F are canonically isomorphic.

It suffices to take Aα=AA_\alpha = A and Fα=FF_\alpha = F for all α∈I\alpha \in I in Proposition 7.

In particular, if ρ:A→B\rho : A \to B is a ring homomorphism, lim⁡ρ∗(Eα)\lim \rho^*(E_\alpha) and ρ∗(lim⁡Eα)\rho^*(\lim E_\alpha) are canonically isomorphic.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
