Algebra, chapter II, § 7. Vector spaces

Let f be an A-linear mapping of E into a vector space F over K; if Ker(f) ⊂ T(E), the K-linear mapping f⃗\vec{f} associated with f is injective.

We write an element of Ker(f⃗\vec{f}) in the form λ−1ϕ(x)\lambda^{-1}\phi(x), where λ∈A,λ≠0,x∈E\lambda \in A, \lambda \neq 0, x \in E; the relation f⃗(λ−1ϕ(x))=0\vec{f}(\lambda^{-1}\phi(x)) = 0 is equivalent to λ−1f⃗(ϕ(x))=0\lambda^{-1}\vec{f}(\phi(x)) = 0 in F and hence to f(x)=f⃗(ϕ(x))=0f(x) = \vec{f}(\phi(x)) = 0. By hypothesis, this implies x∈T(E)x \in T(E) and hence ϕ(x)=0\phi(x) = 0, which proves the corollary.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
