Algebra, chapter II, § 11. Graded modules and rings

With the hypotheses on Δ\Delta and A of Proposition 6, let M be a finitely generated graded A\mathbf{A}-module and N\mathbf{N} a graded submodule of M\mathbf{M} such that N+J0M=M\mathbf{N} + \mathfrak{J}_0 \mathbf{M} = \mathbf{M}; then N=M\mathbf{N} = \mathbf{M}.

M/N\mathbf{M}/\mathbf{N} is a finitely generated graded A\mathbf{A}-module and the hypothesis implies that J0.(M/N)=M/N\mathfrak{J}_0 . (\mathbf{M}/\mathbf{N}) = \mathbf{M}/\mathbf{N}; hence M/N=0\mathbf{M}/\mathbf{N} = 0.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
