Algebra, chapter III, § 4. Tensor products of algebras

Let EE be an AA-algebra and aa an ideal of AA. Then the AA-module aEaE is a two-sided ideal of EE and the canonical (A/a)(A/a)-module isomorphism

(A/a)⊗AE→E/aE (A/a) \otimes_A E \to E/aE

is an (A/a)(A/a)*-algebra isomorphism*.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
