Algebra, chapter III, § 7. Exterior algebras

Let NN and PP be two submodules of an AA-module MM such that their sum N+PN + P is a direct factor in MM and their intersection N∩PN \cap P is a direct factor in NN and in PP. Then the homomorphisms Λ(N)→Λ(M)\Lambda(N) \to \Lambda(M), Λ(P)→Λ(M)\Lambda(P) \to \Lambda(M) and Λ(N∩P)→Λ(M)\Lambda(N \cap P) \to \Lambda(M), canonical extensions of the canonical injections, are injective; if Λ(N)\Lambda(N), Λ(P)\Lambda(P) and Λ(N∩P)\Lambda(N \cap P) are identified with subalgebras of Λ(M)\Lambda(M) by means of these homomorphisms, then

Λ(N∩P)=Λ(N)∩Λ(P). \Lambda(N \cap P) = \Lambda(N) \cap \Lambda(P).
The proof is derived from that of § 5, no. 2, Proposition 4 replacing TT by Λ\Lambda throughout. The hypotheses of Proposition 4 are always satisfied by arbitrary submodules N,PN, P of MM when AA is a field.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
