Algebra, chapter IV, § 1. Polynomials

— Let d be a gcd off and g. (i) If u∈K[X]u \in K[X], du is a gcd of fu and gu. (ii) If v∈K[X]v \in K[X] is a divisor (≠0\neq 0) of f and g, then d/vd/v is a gcd of f/vf/v and g/vg/v. This follows from Prop. 12, (ii).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
