Algebra, IV, p. 55, § 5. Symmetric tensors and polynomial mappings

Let (Xi)i∈I(X_i)_{i \in I} be a family of indeterminates, NN an AA-module and u∈N[(Xi)i∈I]u \in N[(X_i)_{i \in I}] a homogeneous polynomial of degree qq. The mapping (xi)i∈I↦u((xi)i∈I)(x_i)_{i \in I} \mapsto u((x_i)_{i \in I}) of A(I)A^{(I)} into NN is a homogeneous polynomial mapping of degree qq: this is seen at once by condition (iii) of Prop. 13. If II is finite, every homogeneous polynomial mapping of degree qq of A(I)=A′A^{(I)} = A' into NN is of that form.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
