Algebra, chapter V, § 10. Galois extensions

— a) Let VV be a vector space over NN with a KK-*structure*. For a vector x∈Vx \in V to be rational over KK it is necessary and sufficient that uσ(x)=xu_\sigma(x) = x for all σ∈Γ\sigma \in \Gamma. For a vector sub-N-space WW of VV to be rational over KK it is necessary and sufficient that uσ(W)⊂Wu_\sigma(W) \subset W for all σ∈Γ\sigma \in \Gamma.

b) Let V1V_1 and V2V_2 be two vector spaces over NN, each with a KK-*structure*. For a linear mapping ff of V1V_1 into V2V_2 to be rational over KK it is necessary and sufficient that f(uσ(x))=uσ(f(x))f(u_\sigma(x)) = u_\sigma(f(x)) for all σ∈Γ\sigma \in \Gamma and all x∈V1x \in V_1.

It is clear that KK is the set of x∈Nx \in N such that σ(xy)=xσ(y)\sigma(xy) = x \sigma(y) for all σ∈Γ\sigma \in \Gamma and all y∈Ny \in N. The proposition therefore follows from Th. 1 (II, p. 324).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
