Algebra, V, p. 64, § 10. Galois extensions

Let F be an extension of K and NN a subextension of F, and let Γ\Gamma be a finite group of automorphisms of NN, of which K is the field of invariants. Prop. 8 implies the existence of an isomorphism of K-algebras 0:N⊗FF→FΓ0 : N \otimes_F F \to F^\Gamma characterized by θ(x⊗y) (a)=σ(x) y\theta(x \otimes y)\,(a) = \sigma(x)\,y for x∈N, y∈Fx \in N,\,y \in F and σ∈Γ\sigma \in \Gamma.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
