Algebra, chapter V, § 11. Abelian extensions

Let a∈K∗a \in K^* and let r be the least integer >0> 0 such that a′∈Kna' \in K^n. Let B be the set of roots in K of the polynomial Xn/r−aX^{n/r} - a; then we have

Xn−a=∏b∈B(X′−b), X^n - a = \prod_{b \in B} (X' - b),

by substitution of X′X' for T in the relation Tn/r−a=Π(T−b)T^{n/r} - a = \Pi (T - b). By Example 4 each of the polynomials X′−bX' - b is irreducible, so that (14) is the decomposition of Xn−aX^n - a into irreducible polynomials in K[X]K[X].

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
