Algebra, chapter V, § 17. Regular extensions

— Every pure extension of a field KK is regular.

By the preceding corollary it is enough to prove that every polynomial algebra A=K[Xi]iA = K[X_i]_i, is a regular KK-algebra. Let LL be an extension of KK; the ring L⊗KAL \otimes_K A is isomorphic to L[Xi]i∈IL[X_i]_{i \in I} (III, p. 449, Remark 2), and hence an integral domain (IV, p. 9, Prop. 8).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
