Algebra, chapter VII, § 1. Principal ideal domains

— The set of prime numbers is infinite.

Indeed, given an arbitrary finite family (pi)(p_i) (1≤i≤n1 \leq i \leq n) of distinct prime numbers, any prime divisor qq of the number (∏i=1npi)+1\left( \prod_{i=1}^n p_i \right) + 1 (which is >1> 1) is distinct from all the pip_i, for otherwise it would divide 1.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
