Topological Vector Spaces, chapter I, § 1. Topological vector spaces

With the same hypotheses on Ei(1≤i≤n)E_i (1 \leq i \leq n) and on FF as in prop. 5, in order that a set E\mathscr{E} of multilinear maps of ∏i=1nEi\prod_{i=1}^n E_i in FF be equicontinuous it is sufficient that the set be equicontinuous at (0,0,...,0)(0, 0, ..., 0).

For, in the demonstration of prop. 5 the Ui(1≤i≤n)U_i (1 \leq i \leq n) can be taken such that the relation xi∈Ui(1≤i≤n)x_i \in U_i (1 \leq i \leq n) imply f(x1,...,xn)∈⋂HWHf(x_1, ..., x_n) \in \bigcap_H W_H for every mapping f∈Ef \in \mathscr{E}.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
