Topological Vector Spaces, III, p. 28, § 5. Hypocontinuous bilinear mappings

A bilinear mapping uu from E×FE \times F into GG is said to be separately continuous if, for all x∈Ex \in E, the linear mapping u(x,.)u(x, .) from FF into GG is continuous, and for all y∈Fy \in F, the linear mapping u(.,y)u(., y) from EE into GG is continuous.

The following proposition follows immediately from the definition.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
