Topological Vector Spaces, III, p. 31, § 5. Hypocontinuous bilinear mappings

If FF is a barrelled space, every separately continuous bilinear mapping uu from E×FE \times F into a locally convex space GG is S\mathscr{S}-hypocontinuous for every set S\mathscr{S} of bounded subsets of EE.

In other words, the linear mapping y↦u(.,y)y \mapsto u(., y) from FF into Lb(E;G)\mathscr{L}_b(E; G) is continuous.

It is enough (III, p. 30, prop. 3) to prove that the image of every bounded subset MM of EE under x↦u(x,.)x \mapsto u(x, .) is equicontinuous in L(F;G)\mathscr{L}(F; G). But, by virtue of prop. 1 (III, p. 28) this image is a simply bounded subset of L(F;G)\mathscr{L}(F; G), and since FF is barrelled, every simply bounded subset of L(F;G)\mathscr{L}(F; G) is equicontinuous (III, p. 25, th. 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
