Topological Vector Spaces, III, p. 32, § 5. Hypocontinuous bilinear mappings

Let E,F,GE, F, G be three locally convex spaces; assume that GG is Hausdorff and quasi-complete. Let E0E_0 (resp. F0F_0) be a dense vector subspace of EE *(resp. FF), S0\mathfrak{S}_0 (resp. T0\mathfrak{T}_0) a family of bounded subsets of E0E_0 (resp. F0F_0) such that every point of EE (resp. FF) is in the closure of an element of S0\mathfrak{S}_0 (resp. T0\mathfrak{T}_0). Then every (S0,T0)(\mathfrak{S}_0, \mathfrak{T}_0)*-hypocontinuous bilinear mapping* uu from E0×F0E_0 \times F_0 into GG extends uniquely to a separately continuous bilinear mapping u‾\overline{u} from E×FE \times F into GG and u‾\overline{u} is (S0,T0)(\mathfrak{S}_0, \mathfrak{T}_0)*-hypocontinuous*.

The uniqueness and hypocontinuity of u‾\overline{u} follows from prop. 7; it remains to prove the existence of u‾\overline{u}. For every y′∈F0y' \in F_0, the continuous linear mapping x′↦u(x′,y′)x' \mapsto u(x', y') from E0E_0 into GG extends uniquely to a continuous linear mapping x↦u1(x,y′)x \mapsto u_1(x, y') from EE into GG (III, p. 8, prop. 10). It follows immediately that for every x∈Ex \in E, the mapping y′↦u1(x,y′)y' \mapsto u_1(x, y') from F0F_0 into GG is linear; and we shall show that it is continuous. By hypothesis, there exists M∈S0M \in \mathfrak{S}_0, such that x∈M‾x \in \overline{M}. For every closed neighbourhood WW of 0 in GG, there exists, by hypothesis, a neighbourhood VV of 0 in F0F_0 such that u(M×V)⊂Wu(M \times V) \subset W; since x↦u1(x,y′)x \mapsto u_1(x, y') is continuous, we deduce that u1(M‾×V)⊂Wu_1(\overline{M} \times V) \subset W, and in particular u1(x,y′)∈Wu_1(x, y') \in W for all y′∈Vy' \in V. This establishes our assertion. By virtue of prop. 7, the bilinear map u1u_1 from E×F0E \times F_0 into GG is (S0,T0)(\mathfrak{S}_0, \mathfrak{T}_0)*-hypocontinuous. We end the proof by interchanging the roles of EE and FF in the first part of the proof, applied to u1u_1.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
