Topological Vector Spaces, chapter IV, § 1. Duality

Let K be a convex subset of F which is compact for the weak topology σ(F,E)\sigma(F, E) and μ\mu a positive measure on K. Put

p(x)=∫K∣B(x,y)∣ dμ(y) p(x) = \int_K |B(x, y)| \, d\mu(y)

for all x∈Ex \in E. It is immediate that p is a semi-norm. Moreover, for every x∈Ex \in E, the relation « ∣B(x,y)∣≤1|B(x, y)| \leq 1 for all y∈Ky \in K » implies that p(x)≤μ(K)p(x) \leq \mu(K). This proves that the semi-norm p on E is continuous for the Mackey topology τ(E,F)\tau(E, F). \*

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
