Topological Vector Spaces, chapter V, § 1. Prehilbertian spaces and hilbertian spaces

If, in a hilbertian space E, a filter F\mathfrak{F} converges weakly to x0x_0, and if moreover lim⁡F∥x∥=∥x0∥\lim_{\mathfrak{F}} \|x\| = \|x_0\|, then F\mathfrak{F} converges to x0x_0 for the initial topology of E.

In fact, ∥x−x0∥2=∥x∥2−2ℜ⟨x∣x0⟩+∥x0∥2\|x - x_0\|^2 = \|x\|^2 - 2\Re \langle x|x_0 \rangle + \|x_0\|^2. Since ⟨x∣x0⟩\langle x|x_0 \rangle tends to ∥x0∥2\|x_0\|^2 with respect to F\mathfrak{F} by hypothesis, and ∥x∥\|x\| tends to ∥x0∥\|x_0\| with respect to F\mathfrak{F}, ∥x−x0∥\|x - x_0\| tends to 0 with respect to F\mathfrak{F}, hence the proposition.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
