Functions of a Real Variable, chapter IV, § 2. LINEAR DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

The map which to every point x0∈E\mathbf{x}_0 \in E associates the continuous function t↦C(t,t0).x0t \mapsto C(t, t_0).\mathbf{x}_0, defined on J, is an isomorphism of the normed space E onto the vector space I\mathscr{I} of integrals of (4), endowed with the topology of compact convergence.

It is certainly a bijective linear map of E onto I\mathscr{I}: now C(t,t0)C(t, t_0) is bounded on a compact set K⊂JK \subset J, so ∥C(t,t0).x0∥≤M∥x0∥\| C(t, t_0).\mathbf{x}_0 \| \leq M \| \mathbf{x}_0 \| for any t∈Kt \in K and x0∈E\mathbf{x}_0 \in E, which shows that this map is continuous; and since

C(t0,t0).x0=x0, C(t_0, t_0).\mathbf{x}_0 = \mathbf{x}_0,

it is clear that the inverse map is also continuous.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
