Functions of a Real Variable, chapter VI, § 1. GENERALIZED TAYLOR EXPANSIONS

The map which to every formal series u(S)=∑k=0∞αkSku(S) = \sum_{k=0}^{\infty} \alpha_k S^k in one indeterminate over K associates the composition operator u(D)=∑k=0∞αkDku(D) = \sum_{k=0}^{\infty} \alpha_k D^k on K[X]K[X] is an isomorphism of the algebra K[[S]]K[[S]] of formal series onto the algebra Γ\Gamma of composition operators.

One verifies immediately that this map is an homomorphism. It remains to see that it is injective, in other words, that the relation ∑k=0∞αkDk=0\sum_{k=0}^{\infty} \alpha_k D^k = 0 implies αk=0\alpha_k = 0 for every kk; now h!αhh! \alpha_h is the constant term in the polynomial obtained by applying ∑k=0∞αkDk\sum_{k=0}^{\infty} \alpha_k D^k to XhX^h, whence the theorem.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
