Integration, chapter II, § 1. Riesz spaces and fully lattice-ordered spaces
An ordered vector space is said to be a Riesz space (or lattice-ordered vector space) if its order structure is a lattice-ordering (that is, if every pair of elements of E has a supremum and an infimum ).
(1) Also called a "vector lattice".
(2) Borne supérieure (supremum) is also translated as "least upper bound" (S, R, §6, 7). Similarly borne inférieure (infimum) is also translated as "greatest lower bound".
Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
