Integration, chapter III, § 1. Measures on a locally compact space

The giving of a measure μ\mu on a locally compact space X defines on X (along with the topology of X) a structure S\mathscr S. Let X1X_1 be a second set, φ\varphi a bijective mapping of X onto X1X_1; in conformity with general definitions (S, R, §8), the structure S1\mathscr S_1 obtained by transporting to X1X_1 the structure S\mathscr S of X, by means of φ\varphi, is defined in the following way. The topology of X is transported to X1X_1 by φ\varphi; the functions of K(X1;C)\mathscr K(X_1;\mathbf C) are then the functions ff such that f∘φf\circ\varphi belongs to K(X;C)\mathscr K(X;\mathbf C), and the measure μ1\mu_1 on X1X_1 is defined by μ1(f)=μ(f∘φ)\mu_1(f)=\mu(f\circ\varphi).

In particular, an automorphism of the structure S\mathscr S is a homeomorphism σ\sigma of X onto itself, such that

μ(f)=μ(f∘σ) \mu(f)=\mu(f\circ\sigma)

for every function f∈K(X;C)f\in\mathscr K(X;\mathbf C); the measure μ\mu is then also said to be invariant under the homeomorphism σ\sigma.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
