Integration, IV, p. 42, § 4. Integrable functions and sets

1° If A and B are two integrable sets such that B⊂AB \subset A, then the set C=A−BC = A - B is integrable and

μ(C)=μ(A)−μ(B). \mu(C) = \mu(A) - \mu(B).

2° The intersection of a countable family of integrable sets is integrable.

The first part follows from the fact that φC=φA−φB\varphi_C = \varphi_A - \varphi_B. On the other hand, if (An)(A_n) is a sequence of integrable sets and AA is its intersection, then φA=inf⁡nφAn\varphi_A = \inf_n \varphi_{A_n}, therefore AA is integrable (No. 3, Prop. 4).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
