Integration, IV, p. 79, § 5. Measurable functions and sets

Let XX be a locally compact space, μ\mu a measure on XX, and AA a μ\mu-measurable subset of XX. A mapping ff of AA into a topological space FF is said to be μ\mu-measurable if it satisfies the equivalent conditions of Prop. 15.

If AA is locally μ\mu-negligible, then every mapping of AA into FF is therefore μ\mu-measurable.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
