Integration, chapter IV, § 7. Barycenters

Let EE be a Hausdorff weak locally convex space, CC a weakly complete proper convex cone with vertex 0 in EE, GG the union of the extremal generators of CC, KK a compact convex subset of CC, λ\lambda and λ′\lambda' positive measures of mass 1 on KK, admitting the same barycenter, such that λ∗(K−(K∩G))=λ′∗(K−(K∩G))=0\lambda^*(K - (K \cap G)) = {\lambda'}^*(K - (K \cap G)) = 0. Assume that CC is lattice-ordered. Then, for every lower semi-continuous, positively homogeneous convex function f≥0f \geq 0 on CC, λ∗(f∣K)=λ′∗(f∣K)\lambda^*(f|K) = {\lambda'}^*(f|K).

Let A\mathscr{A} (resp. A′\mathscr{A}') be the set of restrictions to CC of the continuous linear forms (resp. affine functions) on EE. We know (TVS, II, §5, No. 4, Remark 2) that ff is the upper envelope of the set of elements of A\mathscr{A} that are ≤f\leq f. The set of functions of the form sup⁡(f1,…,fp)\sup(f_1, \ldots, f_p), where f1,…,fpf_1, \ldots, f_p belong to A\mathscr{A}, f1≥0,…,fp≥0f_1 \geq 0, \ldots, f_p \geq 0, is an increasing directed set and has ff as its upper envelope. Taking into account §1, No. 1, Th. 1, it suffices to verify the equality λ(f∣K)=λ′(f∣K)\lambda(f|K) = \lambda'(f|K) when ff is of the preceding form.

Define f‾\overline{f} as in Lemma 5. It is clear that f‾(y)=f(y)\overline{f}(y) = f(y) if y∈Gy \in G. Since λ∗(K−(K∩G))=0\lambda^*(K - (K \cap G)) = 0, we have λ(f∣K)=λ(f‾∣K)\lambda(f|K) = \lambda(\overline{f}|K). By Lemma 6, f‾\overline{f} is affine and upper semi-continuous. Therefore f‾∣K\overline{f}|K is the lower envelope of a decreasing directed set of restrictions of elements of A′\mathscr{A}' to K (TVS, II, §5, No. 4, Prop. 6). Let x∈Kx \in K be the barycenter of λ\lambda. If g∈Ag \in \mathscr{A} then λ(g∣K)=g(x)\lambda(g|K) = g(x). Therefore λ(f‾∣K)=f‾(x)\lambda(\overline{f}|K) = \overline{f}(x) (§ 4, No. 4, Cor. 2 of Prop. 5). Thus λ(f∣K)=f‾(x)\lambda(f|K) = \overline{f}(x), and one sees similarly that λ′(f∣K)=f‾(x)\lambda'(f|K) = \overline{f}(x).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
