Integration, V, p. 43, § 5. Measures defined by numerical densities

For a mapping ff of TT into a topological space GG to be measurable for the measure u⋅θu \cdot \theta, it is necessary and sufficient that the restriction of ff, to the θ\theta-measurable set SS of the tt such that u(t)≠0u(t) \neq 0, be θ\theta-measurable.

When uu and θ\theta are positive, this follows at once from Prop. 3 of §4, No. 3. The result then extends to the case that uu and θ\theta are complex thanks to Prop. 2.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
