Integration, V, p. 52, § 5. Measures defined by numerical densities

Let μ\mu and ν\nu be two positive measures on T. The following conditions are equivalent: a) The locally negligible sets are the same for μ\mu and ν\nu. b) The bands generated by μ\mu and ν\nu in M(T)\mathscr{M}(T) are identical. c) One has ν=g⋅μ\nu = g \cdot \mu, where gg is locally μ\mu-integrable and g(t)>0g(t) > 0 locally almost everywhere for μ\mu.

The conditions a) and b) are equivalent by Cor. 2 of Th. 2 of No. 5. If they are satisfied, then ν=g⋅μ\nu = g \cdot \mu and μ=h⋅ν\mu = h \cdot \nu, where gg (resp. hh) is positive and locally integrable for μ\mu (resp. ν\nu). Therefore (No. 4, Prop. 8) hghg is locally μ\mu-integrable and μ=(hg)⋅μ\mu = (hg) \cdot \mu. It follows (No. 3, Cor. 2 of Prop. 3) that hghg is equal to 1 locally almost everywhere for μ\mu, so that g(t)>0g(t) > 0 and h(t)=1/g(t)h(t) = 1/g(t) locally almost everywhere for μ\mu. Conversely, suppose that ν=g⋅μ\nu = g \cdot \mu with g(t)>0g(t) > 0 locally almost everywhere for μ\mu;

since (1/g)g(1/g)g is defined locally almost everywhere and is locally μ\mu-integrable, 1/g1/g is locally ν\nu-integrable and (1/g)⋅ν=μ(1/g) \cdot \nu = \mu (No. 4, Prop. 8).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
