Integration, V, p. 54, § 5. Measures defined by numerical densities

For every real measure ν\nu on TT, there exist two disjoint sets M,NM, N carrying ν+\nu^+ and ν−\nu^-, respectively.

One must take care not to confuse the notion of support of a measure ν\nu, and that of a set where ν\nu is concentrated. The support S of ν\nu is the smallest closed set carrying ν\nu (Ch. III, § 2, No. 2, Prop. 2 and Ch. IV, §2, No. 2, Prop. 5). However, there may exist subsets of S that are distinct from S and carry ν\nu. More generally, one can have inf⁡(μ,ν)=0\inf(\mu, \nu) = 0 for two positive measures μ\mu and ν\nu having the same support (Exer. 5).

Note also that the intersection of the sets carrying ν\nu is the set of points t∈Tt \in T such that ∣ν∣({t})>0|\nu|(\{t\}) > 0, and it can be empty (for example, in the case of Lebesgue measure); therefore, there is not in general a smallest set carrying ν\nu.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
