Integration, chapter V, § 8. Products of measures

— Let AA be a μ\mu-negligible subset of TT, and let B′B' be a μ′\mu'-moderated subset of T′T'; then A×B′A \times B' is ν\nu-negligible.

For, A×B′A \times B' is locally ν\nu-negligible (Prop. 4) and ν\nu-moderated (Cor. 2), hence is ν\nu-negligible (§1, No. 2, Cor. 1 of Prop. 7).

Cors. 2 and 3 may be extended to the product of two complex measures, on applying the statement to their absolute values (Ch. III, §4, No. 2, Prop. 3).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
