Integration, VI, p. 44, § 3. Disintegration of measures

Let T and B be two locally compact spaces, μ\mu a positive measure on T, and p a μ\mu-measurable mapping of T into B. A positive measure ν\nu on B is said to be a pseudo-image measure of μ\mu under p if it satisfies the following condition: for a subset N of B to be locally ν\nu-negligible, it is necessary and sufficient that p‾−1(N)\overline{p}^{-1}(N) be locally μ\mu-negligible.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
