Integration, VIII, p. 16, § 2. Linear representations of groups

With hypotheses as in Lemma 4, suppose in addition that there exists a compact subset K0K_0 of TT containing the supports of all of the measures μ∈M\mu \in M. Then F\mathfrak{F} also converges to εa\varepsilon_a in C′(T)\mathscr{C}'(T) equipped with the topology of compact convergence in C(T)\mathscr{C}(T).

For, the restriction mapping of C(T)\mathscr{C}(T) into C(K0)\mathscr{C}(K_0) is continuous; therefore, if HH is a compact subset of C(T)\mathscr{C}(T), then the restrictions to K0K_0 of the functions in HH form a compact subset of C(K0)\mathscr{C}(K_0). It then suffices to apply Lemma 4 on replacing TT by K0K_0.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
