Integration, IX, p. 34, § 2. Operations on measures

Let f be a lower semi-continuous function ⩾0\geqslant 0 defined on X=S×TX = S \times T.

a) The function fs:t↦f(s,t)f_s : t \mapsto f(s, t) is lower semi-continuous on T for every s∈Ss \in S.

b) The function If:s↦∫∙f(s,t)dμ(t)I_f : s \mapsto \int^\bullet f(s, t) d\mu(t) is lower semi-continuous on S, and

∬X∙f(s,t)dν(s,t)=∫S∙dλ(s)∫T∙f(s,t)dμ(t). \iint_X^\bullet f(s, t) d\nu(s, t) = \int_S^\bullet d\lambda(s) \int_T^\bullet f(s, t) d\mu(t).

The property a) is obvious, since the mapping t↦f(s,t)t \mapsto f(s, t) of T into R‾\overline{\mathbf{R}} is the composition of ff with the continuous mapping t↦(s,t)t \mapsto (s, t) of T into X. To establish b), we will make use of a lemma:

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
