Integration, IX, p. 44, § 3. Measures and additive set functions

Let TT be a topological space, and let B(T)\mathscr{B}(T) be the Borel tribe of TT; let II be a mapping of B(T)\mathscr{B}(T) into R‾+\overline{\mathbf{R}}_+. a) II is said to be countably additive if, for every sequence (An)(A_n) of pairwise disjoint elements of B(T)\mathscr{B}(T),

I(⋃nAn)=∑nI(An). I\left( \bigcup_n A_n \right) = \sum_n I(A_n).
b) II is said to be inner regular if, for every set A∈B(T)A \in \mathscr{B}(T),
I(A)=sup⁡KI(K), I(A) = \sup_K I(K),
where KK runs over the set of compact subsets of AA.

c) I is said to be bounded (resp. locally bounded) if I(T)<+∞I(T) < +\infty (resp. if every point x∈Tx \in T admits an open neighborhood VV such that I(V)<+∞I(V) < +\infty).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
