Integration, IX, p. 80, § 6. Promeasures and measures on a locally convex space

Let EE be a locally convex space. For every positive quadratic form QQ on E′E', the promeasure on EE whose Fourier transform is equal to e−Q/2e^{-Q/2} is called the Gaussian promeasure on EE with variance QQ, and is denoted ΓQ\Gamma_Q. A promeasure μ\mu on EE is said to be Gaussian if there exists a positive quadratic form QQ on E′E' such that μ=ΓQ\mu = \Gamma_Q.

By an abuse of language, a bounded measure μ\mu on EE will be said to be Gaussian with variance QQ if the associated promeasure μ~\widetilde{\mu} is equal to ΓQ\Gamma_Q.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
