Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 1. Lie groups

Let x∈Xx \in X and g0∈Gg_0 \in G.

(i) If ρ(x)\rho(x) is an immersion (resp. a submersion, a subimmersion) at g0g_0, then, for all g∈Gg \in G, ρ(gx)\rho(gx) is an immersion (resp. a submersion, a subimmersion).

(ii) If ρ(x)\rho(x) is of rank k at g0g_0, then for all g∈Gg \in G, ρ(gx)\rho(gx) is of constant rank equal to k.

This follows immediately from formulae (4) and (5) since Tg(δ(g)),Tx(τ(g))T_g(\delta(g)), T_x(\tau(g)) and Tg(γ(g−1))T_g(\gamma(g^{-1})) are isomorphisms.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
