Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 1. Lie groups

Let GG be a Lie group. We make G×GG \times G operate on GG on the left by (g1,g2)x=g1xg2−1(g_1, g_2)x = g_1xg_2^{-1}. Let ρ\rho be the orbital mapping of ee. Then the restrictions of T(e,e)(ρ)T_{(e, e)}(\rho) to T(e,e)(G×{e})=Te(G)×{0}T_{(e, e)}(G \times \{e\}) = T_e(G) \times \{0\} and to

T(e,e)({e}×G)={0}×Te(G) T_{(e, e)}(\{e\} \times G) = \{0\} \times T_e(G)
are isomorphisms of these spaces onto Te(G)T_e(G). Hence T(e,e)(ρ)T_{(e, e)}(\rho) is surjective and Ker⁡T(e,e)(ρ)\operatorname{Ker} T_{(e, e)}(\rho) admits for example the topological supplement Te(G)×{0}T_e(G) \times \{0\} in T(e,e)(G×G)T_{(e, e)}(G \times G). Thus ρ\rho is a submersion at (e,e)(e, e). Hence GG is a left Lie homogeneous space of G×GG \times G.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
