Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 1. Lie groups

A law chunk of left operation of class CrC^r of G on X is a mapping ψ\psi defined on an open subset Ω\Omega of G×XG \times X containing {e}×X\{e\} \times X, with values in X and with the following properties: (i) ψ\psi is of class CrC^r; (ii) for all x∈Xx \in X, ψ(e,x)=x\psi(e, x) = x; (iii) there exists a neighbourhood Ω1\Omega_1 of {e}×{e}×X\{e\} \times \{e\} \times X in G×G×XG \times G \times X such that, for (g,g′,x)∈Ω1(g, g', x) \in \Omega_1, the elements of m(g,g′)m(g, g'), ψ(m(g,g′),x)\psi(m(g, g'), x), ψ(g,ψ(g′,x))\psi(g, \psi(g', x)) are defined and ψ(g,ψ(g′,x))=ψ(m(g,g′),x)\psi(g, \psi(g', x)) = \psi(m(g, g'), x).

Law chunks of right operation of class CrC^r are defined similarly. We often write gxgx instead of ψ(g,x)\psi(g, x). Let G' be a Lie subgroup germ of G and X' a submanifold of X. Suppose that the set Ω′\Omega' of (g,x)∈Ω∩(G′×X′)(g, x) \in \Omega \cap (G' \times X') such that ψ(g,x)∈X′\psi(g, x) \in X' is open in G′×X′G' \times X' (a condition which is always fulfilled if X′X' is open in XX). Then ψ∣Ω′\psi|_{\Omega'} is a law chunk of left operation of class CrC^r of G′G' on X′X', which is said to be derived from ψ\psi by restriction to G′G' and X′X'.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
