Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 3. Passage from a Lie group to its Lie algebra

Let HH be a Lie group, AA a unital complete normable associative algebra and ϕ:H→A∗\phi : H \to A^* a Lie group morphism. The associated morphism ϕ′\phi' of T(∞)(H)\mathscr{T}^{(\infty)}(H) into AA is obtained by composing ϕ∗\phi_* with the canonical morphism of T(∞)(A∗)\mathscr{T}^{(\infty)}(A^*) into AA. In particular, ϕ′(x)=L(ϕ)(x)\phi'(x) = L(\phi)(x) for all x∈L(H)x \in L(H).

Let ii be the identity mapping of A∗A^* into AA. Then, for all t∈T(∞)(H)t \in \mathscr{T}^{(\infty)}(H),

ϕ′(t)=⟨t,ϕ⟩=⟨t,i∘ϕ⟩=⟨ϕ∗(t),i⟩(Diff. & Anal. Man., R, 13.2.3). \begin{align*} \phi'(t) &= \langle t, \phi \rangle = \langle t, i \circ \phi \rangle \\ &= \langle \phi_*(t), i \rangle \quad \text{(Diff. \& Anal. Man., R, 13.2.3)}. \end{align*}

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
