Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 3. Passage from a Lie group to its Lie algebra

Let G be a Lie group, A a complete normable algebra and ϕ\phi a Lie group morphism of G into A∗A^*. For all g∈Gg \in G, let ωg=ϕ(g)−1dgϕ\omega_g = \phi(g)^{-1} d_g \phi. Then ω\omega is the left invariant differential form on G whose value at e is deϕd_e \phi.

We apply Lemma 2 with E=AE = A and U=GU = G. The differential at g of the mapping h↦ϕ(g−1h)=ϕ(g)−1ϕ(h)h \mapsto \phi(g^{-1}h) = \phi(g)^{-1} \phi(h) is ϕ(g)−1dgϕ\phi(g)^{-1} d_g \phi.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
