Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 3. Passage from a Lie group to its Lie algebra

(1) If GG is the additive group of a complete normable space and T0(E)T_0(E) is canonically identified with EE, f−1.dff^{-1}.df is the differential dfdf defined in Differentiable and Analytic Manifolds, R, 8.2.2.

(2) Suppose that GG is the multiplicative group A∗A^* associated with a complete normable algebra AA. Then ff can be considered as a mapping of MM into AA and hence the differential dfdf in the sense of Differentiable and Analytic Manifolds, R, 8.2.2 is defined and the product f−1dff^{-1}df in the sense of Differentiable and Analytic Manifolds, R, 8.3.2 is defined. Clearly the latter form is identical with the left differential of ff.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
