Let G be a Lie group germ, M a manifold of class Cr (r≥2) and α a differential form of class Cr−1 and degree 1 on M with values in L(G), such that dα+[α]2=0. For all x∈M and all g∈G, there exists a mapping f, defined and of class Cr−1 on an open neighbourhood of x, with values in G, such that f(x)=g and f−1.df=α. Two mappings which satisfy these conditions coincide on a neighbourhood of x.
Let x∈M and g∈G. By Lemma 6 (whose notation we adopt) and Differentiable and Analytic Manifolds, R, 9.3.7, there exist an open neighbourhood U of x in M and a mapping m↦ϕ(m)=(m,f(m)) of class Cr−1 of U into M×G such that f(x)=g and ϕ∗(0)=0. Then
f−1.df=f∗(ω)(§3,no. 18.9)=(pr2∘ϕ)∗(ω)(for f=pr2∘ϕ)=ϕ∗(pr1∗α−θ)(Lemma 6)=ϕ∗(pr1∗α)(for ϕ∗(θ)=0)=α(for pr1∘ϕ=IdU).
Let f′ be a mapping of class Cr−1 of U into G such that f′(x)=g and f′−1df′=α. By § 3, 18.9, f′−1 is locally constant and hence f′=f in a neighbourhood of x.
Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
