General Topology, chapter I, § 6. Filters

Let S\mathscr{S} be any set of subsets of a set XX, and let T\mathfrak{T} be the topology on XX generated by S\mathscr{S} (§\S 2, no. 3, Example II). Since the set of finite intersections of sets of S\mathscr{S} is a base of T\mathfrak{T}, it follows from the proof of Proposition 1 above and from Proposition 3 of §\S 1, no. 3 that for each x∈Xx \in X the neighbourhood filter of xx for T\mathfrak{T} is generated by the set G(x)\mathfrak{G}(x) of sets of S\mathscr{S} which contain xx.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
